“One could listen to her endlessly.”

Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung about Steinunn Sigurdardottir’s reading at the International Literature Festival Berlin.

Steinunn is especially proud of being named Doctor Honoris Causa at the University of Iceland, 2022. A rare distinction for writers.  On this occasion photographed with lifelong friend, Madame Vigdís Finnbogadóttir, president of Iceland from 1980 to 1996.
